Metro Commissary Kitchens provides a state-of-the-art kitchen space for food vendors to unleash their culinary creativity. Our kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and workspace, giving vendors the perfect environment to bring their delicious creations to life.

In-person and remote options

Our kitchen is located in Hillsboro off HWY 26. Conveniently near Winco, Costco, and the Chef store for all your cooking needs!
